Tasting Notes:
This pale gold wine has tantalizing aromas of white fruit and pineapple. Medium-bodied in the mouth, it has structure and an abundance of soft white fruit flavors (peaches) leading to a dry finish on fruit. This wine should be enjoyed over the next several years (to 2010), and is ideal with salads, sushi, poultry, spicy foods (especially Asian cuisine) or on its own as an aperitif.
